RADNOR, Pa.—Swarthmore College Men's Swimming took first place in all 14 events at Saturday's final non-conference dual meet of the season, beating the Cabrini University Cavaliers 218-35.
Two of the events, the 1,000-yard freestyle and the 50-yard breaststroke were uncontested by Cabrini whose roster tops out at nine swimmers. Lincoln Harris had the top time in the 1,000 free, with a 10:45.69 time, 30 seconds faster than his mark one year ago. Andrew Steele gave the 50 breaststroke a try and finished in 27.46. Steele also sprinted to victory in the 50 fly, winning in a time of 23.95.
Jeffrey Mun, Jeffrey Tse and Charles Yang all recorded double wins for the Garnet. Mun finished in first in the 100 fly (54.95) and the 500 free (4:52.81). Tse clocked in with the top time in the 200 free (1:49.59) and the 100 breast (1:00.84). Yang took care of the backstroke races, with wins in the 50 (24.37) and the 100 (56.20).
Swarthmore's Liam Fitzstevens won the 50 freestyle in 22.74 and Carlo Sivilotti won the 100 free in 51.91.
The Garnet return to Centennial Conference action on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Gettysburg College.
