PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Swarthmore College women's 4x400 relay competed in the Centennial/MAC race at the historic Penn Relays on Friday night. 

The team of Krystle Boadi, Morgan Mouer, Gabby Johnson and Rose Teszler placed seventh overall in the event. The Garnet ran their fastest 400m split on the second leg with a time of 58.66, which marked the fifth fastest split of the race. The Garnet climbed four positions during the split. 

The team crossed the finish line at 4:09.38 to edge out Widener University for the seventh spot. 

The Garnet return to action tomorrow at The College of New Jersey.
