Two Muhlenberg wrestlers won both of their individual bouts as Muhlenberg wrestling finished short of winning in two Centennial Conference dual matches hosted at Johns Hopkins.
 
The Mules won five of 10 bouts against the Blue Jays, but the home team scored more points in their victories to earn a 22-16 overall dual win. Muhlenberg wrestlers earned victories in three bouts in a 27-12 defeat in their first match of the day against Washington and Lee.
 
Junior Gennaro Cerminara (pictured above) won both his 197-pound bouts, pinning a W&L opponent in the first period and earning a 10-4 decision against his Hopkins foe. Cerminara, who came into the day fourth in Division III in pins, gained his 14th pin of the season, putting him one short of tying the school record he matched last year for pins in a season.
 
Sophomore Dylan Schwartz earned two decision victories to move his season record to 26-8, including a 7-2 mark in dual matches. He first defeated his W&L adversary 9-5 and then edged out a 3-2 victory in his bout against a Hopkins wrestler.
 
Junior Jimmy Fratantoni scored a 13-4 major decision victory at 174 against a Blue Jay, and sophomores Austin Sherman and Scott Schaeffer each won by 10-4 decisions versus a Blue Jay as well. All three came close to winning their bouts against the Generals as well, with Schaeffer's heavyweight bout requiring overtime.
 
Sophomore Mike Cannon picked up a win by decision at 184 against W&L, defeating his opponent 11-6.
