CARLISLE, Pa. – The Gettysburg College women's swimming team won nine of 11 events and the Bullets earned a 118-85 victory at Dickinson in a Centennial Conference (CC) meet Wednesday evening.

Gettysburg (6-3, 4-2 CC) swept the relays while capturing seven of nine individual events. Leading the way was junior
Lindsay Hayden (Enfield, Conn./Suffield Academy), who prevailed in both the 50-freestyle (26.31) and 100-freestyle (56.40). She led a 1-2 Gettysburg finish in both events, with senior
Allie Mueller (Shillington, Pa./Governor Mifflin) taking second in the 50 (26.58) and freshman
Katherine Sears (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) earning runner-up honors in the 100 (57.12).

Picking up one individual victory apiece were sophomore
Kate Crilly (Shrewsbury, N.J./Ranney School) in the 200-freestyle (2:00.51), sophomore
Katie Idank (Jackson, N.J./Jackson Memorial) in the 200-IM (2:20.27), senior
Savannah Llewellyn (Plainfield, N.J./Plainfield) in the 100-butterfly (1:00.03), sophomore
Becca Maroney (Darien, Conn./Darien) in the 100-backstroke (1:03.00), and junior
Sadie Stiles (Cape Elizabeth, Maine/Cape Elizabeth) in the 100-breaststroke (1:09.46).

Maroney led a 1-2-3 Bullet sweep in the 100-back, with senior
Kate Hegwood (Glastonbury, Conn./Glastonbury) placing second (1:04.47) and classmate
Jules Marble (Erdenheim, Pa./Springfield Township) coming in third (1:05.36). Gettysburg also went 1-2 in the 200-IM, with Maroney placing second in 2:22.45, and the 100-breast, as junior
Johnna Hock (Timonium, Md./St. Paul's School for Girls) was runner-up in 1:13.66.

Maroney, Stiles, Llewellyn, and Crilly also led off the meet with a victory in the 200-medley relay, touching in 1:54.79. Mueller, Hayden, Sears, and Crilly closed out the night with a win in the 200-freestyle relay (1:43.19), although the event was exhibitioned.

Gettysburg closes out its dual-meet schedule on Saturday at 1 p.m., when it hosts Franklin & Marshall in a Centennial Conference meet on Senior Day.
