CHESTER, Pa.—Swarthmore College Men's Track & Field participated at the Chester Quarry Classic on Saturday at Widener University.
In the discus,
Jared Hunt finished in second place with a throw of 42.17 meters.
Andrew Jansen took fourth with a distance of 41.23m.
Ryan Marrone finished in fourth in the shot put (14.07m) and Hunt was right behind at 14.03m.
Alex Flowers and Max Park were top-five in the pole vault with Flowers clearing 3.85m and Park surpassing 3.70m.
Lucas Heinzerling posted a sub-17 time in the 5,000 meters, finishing sixth overall (16:41.51).
Graham Doskoch was seventh (17:05.00).
Frank Kenny and
Benjamin Warren finished in the top-10 in the 800 meters. Kenny ran to a time of 1:58.37 for fifth place and Warren was just behind him at 1:58.75.
Swarthmore competes at Widener again next weekend.
