CHESTERTOWN, Md. –
The water streamed past the speeding Gettysburg College swimmers Saturday afternoon at Washington College as the Bullets posted the top times in all 14 events on the way to a dominating 156-90 Centennial Conference victory.

Gettysburg (2-0, 2-0 CC) recorded the top two times in all but two of the individual events in its second conference meet of the season. With a 156-46 lead after 11 races, the Bullets swam the final three contests as exhibitions.

After winning two events in her collegiate debut, freshman Megan Wojnar (Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) posted the top times in three events against Washington (0-3, 0-2 CC). The first-year began the day with a 23-second win in the 1,000 free, cruising the lanes in 10:57.43. She won the 200 back by nearly four seconds with a time of 2:12.94 before closing the meet with the top mark in the 200 IM at 2:16.57.

Junior Kate Crilly (Shrewsbury, N.J./Ranney School) swept the 50 and 100 free races, leading 1-2-3 finishes in both events. She touched the wall in 24.77 in the 50 and swam the 100 in 54.38.

Crilly also anchored both relay races. She teamed with freshmen Katie Jenkins (Bow, N.H./Bow) and Katie Cooper (Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) and sophomore Sydney Jaramillo (Woolwich Township, N.J./Kingsway Regional) for a victory in the 200 medley relay (1:53.78) to open the meet. The junior closed her day with a 24.46 split to finish the 200 free relay, which included Cooper and freshmen Cate Kosko (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury East) and Tess Kasunic (Germantown, Md./Northwest) and posted a time of 1:42.15.

Jenkins, Cooper, and Jaramillo all posted individual wins. Jenkins took the top spot in the 200 fly over Jaramillo with a time of 2:15.21, but the sophomore came back to edge out the first-year by 0.02 in the 100 fly with 1:02.09. Cooper claimed top honors in the 100 breaststroke for the second consecutive meet with a time of 1:10.57.

Additional victors for the Bullets included senior Lindsay Hayden (Enfield, Conn./Suffield Academy) in the 200 free (2:00.40), freshman Chloe Fuetterer (Linwood, N.J./Mainland Regional) in the 100 back (1:04.19), junior Katie Idank (Jackson, N.J./Jackson Memorial) in the 200 breaststroke (2:39.54), and sophomore Katherine Sears (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) in the 500 free (5:20.39).

Gettysburg will make its home debut with a non-conference tri-meet featuring Susquehanna University and Messiah College next Saturday at 1 p.m.
