HERSHEY, Pa. – Sophomore
Danny Harcourt (Fanwood, N.J./Saint Peter's Prep) shot a 2-over 73 for the second day in a row and captured medalist honors with a 146 at the Hershey Cup on Monday at the Hershey Country Club.

It was the third career victory for Harcourt, who parred 24 of his 36 holes while adding four birdies to beat out 86 other golfers. He has now shot 73 or better in seven of his 15 rounds this season and is averaging a team-leading 74.1.

As a team, the Bullets shot a 320 on Sunday and finished in a tie with Swarthmore for 11th among 15 teams, finishing with a 36-hole total of 628 (308-320).

Finishing second for Gettysburg were sophomores
Christian Haldeman (Center Valley, Pa./Moravian Academy) and
Dane Sethre-Hofstad (Moorhead, Minn./Moorhead), who tied for 47th with a 159. Haldeman shot a 78 – his best round of the spring – on Monday after opening with an 81. Sethre-Hofstad entered the final round tied for first with a 72 before finishing with an 87.

Rounding out the team scoring was freshman
Ethan Murphy (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity), who tied for 67th with a 166 (82-84). Sophomore
Jeremy Haas (Scotch Plains, N.J./Scotch Plains-Fanwood) also competed and tied for 76th with a 170 (85-85).

Allegheny College nabbed the team title with a 602 (300-302) while Piedmont took second with a 605 (303-302).

Gettysburg returns to action on April 11 with the Ursinus Invitational.
