HERSHEY, Pa. – The Gettysburg College men's golf team placed fourth among 28 teams on Tuesday at the Elizabethtown Fall Invitational, held at the Hershey Country Club East Course.

The Bullets carded a 310 and placed behind only Muhlenberg (302), Stevenson (302), and Lebanon Valley (307). Stevenson was awarded the team title on a comparison of the fifth-player scorecards.

Freshman
Quinn Greene (New Milford, Conn./Canterbury School) and junior
Danny Harcourt (Fanwood, N.J./Saint Peter's Prep) were the top performers for the Bullets, with each shooting a 4-over 75 to finish tied for 11th in a field of 138 golfers.

A trio of freshmen also competed and made their collegiate debuts for the Bullets.
Daniel Rieger (Collegeville, Pa./Methacton) shot a 78 and tied for 27th while
Jimmy Harcourt (Fanwood, N.J./Scotch Plains Fanwood) completed the team scoring, posting an 82 while tying for 58th.
Ben Ferris (Charlotte, N.C./Providence Day School) also competed and tied for 66th with an 83.

Lebanon Valley's David Herbst claimed medalist honors with a 71.

The Bullets pick up their schedule on Monday with the Lebanon Valley Invitational, held at the Lebanon Country Club.
