Junior
Evan Overcash of the Muhlenberg men's golf team set two records at the Penn State Harrisburg Invitational.
Overcash
(pictured above) finished fourth with a 1-over-par 145 over the 36 holes. That broke the school record of 147 for a two-round tournament, set by Zachary Oyer at the 2009 Guy W. Kuhn Invitational.
In the first round, Overcash shot a 3-under-par 69, becoming the first Mule to break 70 in tournament play. He cut five strokes off his previous career low round of 74.
Muhlenberg finished fifth out of 12 teams with a two-day score of 605 and had all five of its golfers shoot in the 70s in the second round.
Sophomore
Ian Simon carded a 70 in the opening round and finished 10th overall with a total of 150. Senior
John Froberg and junior
Robert Borkow both shot 75 in the second round, while freshman
Sam Gersten fired a 77.
