WILMINGTON, Del. – The Neumann University women's golf team opened the 2017-18 season at the Swarthmore-Neumann Invitational on Sunday afternoon at Rock Manor Golf Club.
The Knights finished second out of two teams. Ursinus came in first with a team score of 394. Neumann finished with a score of 554. Muhlenberg had three golfers compete.
Julia Fair led the Knights on the par 71, 5,295 yard course. The senior finished the course with a 125. Jillian Crane shot a 130,
Halle Crane a 142 and
Brittany Naimoli finished the afternoon with a 157.
Neumann will next compete at the Ursinus College 2017 Fall Invitational on September 26 at Raven's Claw Golf Club.
