Just two weeks before the Centennial Conference Championships, the Muhlenberg track and field teams continued to round into form with a strong day at the Fast Track National Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island.
Of the nine athletes the Mules sent to the meet, seven posted ECAC- and/or Atlantic Regional-qualifying marks:
• Senior
Jacob Saxon took another chunk off his personal best in the mile, running a regional-qualifying 4:22.99 (down from 4:24.65 last week). He came in 10th overall and sixth among Division III runners.
