EWING, N.J. and PHILADELPHIA—Swarthmore College Women's Track & Field participated at the TCNJ Lions Invite and the historic Penn Relays this weekend.
Claire Conley threw the shot put in both meets, and set the furthest mark in the Centennial Conference this season with a throw of 12.83 meters at the Penn Relays. At the Lions Invite, Conley recorded a shot put toss of 12.04m.
At the Penn Relays, Swarthmore's 4x400 team competed against Centennial Conference and Middle Atlantic Conference runners and finished in sixth place.

Lauren Holt,
Kayla Camacho and
Lilly Price combined for a time of 4:05.16.
Kayla Camacho finished second overall in the 200 meters with a time of 25.96.
Bret Serbin and
Susan Fain took third and fourth in the 5,000 with times of 20:11.28 and 20:19.65, respectively.
The Garnet ran the 4x100 relay in 50.88 to finish third.
In the high jump,
Naomi Bronkema leapt to eighth place by clearing the bar at 1.50 meters.
Rachel Vresilovic and Conley placed in the top 10 in discus. Vresilovic (sixth) threw the discus 35.28m and Conley (ninth) went for 33.41m.
In the javelin,
Sarah Girard took fifth (34.74m) and
Maya Zimmerman took sixth (34.10m).
Swarthmore competes in the Centennial Conference Championships in Collegeville Friday through Sunday.
