BETHLEHEM, Pa.—Women's Lacrosse's perfect start to 2019 continued with a 20-10 road win against Moravian College on Wednesday night.

Powered by a career-high five goals from sophomore Mackenzie Frost, the Garnet improved to 7-0 for the first time since 2006 when the team started off the year with eight consecutive wins. Swarthmore's 20 goals are the most in a game since beating Bryn Mawr 21-3 on March 25, 2015.

Tess Wild and Kathryn Restrepo each pumped in four goals each.

Elizabeth Wainwright netted a hat trick, Sophie Peipher tallied a pair of goals, and Kacy Hafertepe and Eleanor Miller scored once.

Swarthmore fell behind early after a Moravian goal, but then score the next five consecutive tallies. The Garnet lead increased to 9-4 after Restrepo scored to open the second half and completed her hat trick.

Moravian then scored three straight to make it 9-7, but the Garnet responded by striking three times in 70 seconds. Moravian tried to stop the bleeding with a goal at 19:26, but Swarthmore again tallied three straight. The Garnet closed out the contest with four consecutive goals to seal the win.

Betsy Cohen was solid on the goal line, recording seven saves.

Tess Wild and Sophie Peipher were dominant on the draw, registering eight and seven draw controls, respectively.

The Garnet look to keep the streak alive on Saturday when they host Franklin & Marshall College at 12 p.m.
