COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. -- Swarthmore Women's Basketball junior guard
Elizabeth Stiles increased her scoring career-high for the third time this season as she poured in 22 in a 73-51 loss at Ursinus College on Saturday.
Stiles is the leading scorer for the Garnet this season at 8.8 per game. The third-year player from Syosset, New York, logged a career-high 36 minutes in the defeat while contributing to Swarthmore's efforts with five assists and three rebounds. She accumulated her game-high 22 points on 8-of-14 field goals while shooting 2-of-4 from three-point range and 4-of-6 from the free-throw line.
Stiles now holds Swarthmore's three highest individual scoring efforts this season as she had 20 at Widener University on Dec. 11 and 15 against Wesleyan University on Nov. 17. She's scored in double-figures seven times this season. Stiles only reached 10-plus points three times in 40 total games during her freshman and sophomore years.

Faith Nation also had an efficient offensive game as she scored eight on just four field-goal attempts with three rebounds, one assist and one turnover in 15 minutes on the floor.
The Garnet won the fourth quarter of Saturday's game 15-12, but the deficits they faced in the first three quarters were too much to overcome.
Four of Swarthmore's next five games are at home. In their next game, the Garnet play Muhlenberg College at Tarble Pavilion on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
