CARLISLE, Pa. - Dickinson men's golf sophomore fired a combined 137 (70-67) to win the individual title at the 36-hole Dickinson Spring Invitational at Carlisle Barracks Golf Course on Saturday afternoon.
McMahon-Shea had a solid round one on the 6670-yard, par 72 course firing a 70, before dropping a 67 in the second.
Peter Lown finished fourth by shooting an even par 144 (71-73), while six strokes back came both
Brandon Wilson (79-71) and
Luke Vance (73-77).
Carl Williams shaved five strokes off his round one score going 80-75 to complete the scoring for the "A" team.
The "B" squad was led by
Will Giguere who carded a combined plus-five 149 after a 73-76.
Jack Poitras was the picture of consistency on the day going 78-78 for a 156. Two shots behind him came
Bo Concannon who went 81-77. The other two competing Devils
Will Carkhuff and
Jackson Guy each headed to the 19th-hold with combined 167s.
Fellow Centennial Conference foe Swarthmore College held off the Red and White to claim the team title 575 to 579. Gettysburg came in third with 587, followed by Catholic (592), Franklin & Marshall (595), Stevenson (612) and Dickinson "B" (624).

Dickinson returns to action on Monday when they head to Lititz, Pennsylvania for the Franklin & Marshall College Invitational at Bent Creek Country Club.
