Game Notes

The Franklin & Marshall women's basketball team (6-10, 3-8 CC) faces two Centennial Conference opponents this week. The Diplomats host Ursinus (7-10, 4-8 CC) on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the Mayser Center. F&M then travels to Bryn Mawr (3-12, 0-10 CC) Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

Last Week

Franklin & Marshall fell in both of its conference games last week.

In the 57-37 loss to Johns Hopkins Wednesday evening, Lizzie Neville led the Diplomats in scoring with 11 points. Neville also swiped three steals in the contest to place herself fifth in the conference with 37 steals this season. Read the full recap here.

F&M came up short against Haverford, 50-46, Saturday afternoon. Kennedy Wilburn tallied 10 points and 16 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the season. Natalie Kolb also finished with double-digit scoring figures as she recorded 10 points. Read the full recap here.

Last Time

The Bears came out on top, 62-51, when the teams squared off back in November. Kennedy Wilburn led F&M in scoring with 13 points, while also tallying eight rebounds and three steals. F&M cut the score down to a single-digit deficit with three minutes left in regulation, but the Bears managed to close out the game and hold off F&M. Read the full recap here.

In F&M's 56-36 win against Bryn Mawr back in December, Hailey Cabanas led the Diplomats with 13 points off the bench as she shot 50 percent from both the field (5-of-10) and beyond the arc (3-of-6). Natalie Kolb finished with double-digit points as she tallied 11. Jaclyn Feit racked up 10 rebounds and swatted four shots. F&M as a team shot 35.7 percent (25-of-70) from the field and 31.3 percent (10-of-32) from beyond the arc in the victory. Read the full recap here.

Ursinus Team Preview

The Bears enter Thursday's matchup after falling to Gettysburg, 52-37, Tuesday evening. Forward Chinwe Irondi leads the conference in both field goal percentage (54.3 percent) and points per game (18.5). Irondi also ranks third in the CC for rebounds, averaging 9.4 boards per game.

Bryn Mawr Team Preview

Before the Owls host F&M Saturday afternoon, they travel to Gettysburg to play the Bullets Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Guard Jessica Smith leads Bryn Mawr in scoring, averaging 15.3 points per game. Smith also averages a team-high 5.4 rebounds per contest.
