MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Several Swarthmore College Women's Track & Field athletes competed at the large Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational from Thursday to Saturday.
Senior
Simran Khanna had the best finish for the Garnet on the day, placing fourth in the 200-meter dash in 27.40 seconds.
Junior
Clay Conley, fresh off earning All-American honors in the indoor shot put, earned sixth at the Shamrock Invite with a throw of 12.64 meters.
In the mile run, juniors
Sydney Covitz and
Lilly Price took eighth and 10th with times of 5:22.01 and 5:23.16, respectively.

Kayla Camacho and sophomore
Lauren Holt combined to set the Swarthmore record in the 4x200-meter relay with a time of 1:47.90.
Garnet sophomore
Maya Zimmerman also earned a top-10 finish with a 34.52-meter throw in the javelin to take seventh.
Swarthmore's next meet is the Danny Curran Invitational at Widener University on March 29 at 3 p.m.
