Savant set a school single-game rushing record with 277 yards on 24 carries in the Mules' 56-17 victory against Juniata. He scored four times on rushes of 8, 30, 9 and 61 yards, tying another program game mark.

Wilczynski had a sack, forced a fumble and returned an interception 60 yards for a touchdown in Muhlenberg's 56-17 victory against Juniata. He added five tackles as the 'Berg defense held the Eagles to minus-2 rushing yards through three periods and 247 total yards for the game.

Hong averaged 41.0 yards on four punts, dropping three kicks inside the Gettysburg 20-yard line in the Jays' 54-14 victory. Among his four punts was a career-long 64-yarder and two others that were downed at the six and one-yard lines.


 

 

 

Dickinson / @WearinTheRedFB / The Devils remained winless after a 14-7 loss at McDaniel. Dickinson is now 0-7 for the first time since 1981. The Red and White produced just 175 total yards on offense, capitalizing on James Turner's (Ridgefield, CT / Suffield Academy) blocked punt in the fourth period for its lone points. QB Jordan Hollander (Waverly, PA / Abington Heights) connected with WR Kyle Donahue (Glenside, PA / Germantown Academy) on an 18-yard TD pass. P Stephen Walker (Darien, CT / Darien) averaged 39.6 yards on 10 punts. DB Pat Irwin (Altoona, PA / Bishop Guilfoyle) led the defense with 16 tackles, while Turner added 14. DB Erik Dettloff (Fallston, MD / Fallston) had nine stops and an interception. 

 

 

Franklin & Marshall / @FandMFootball /The Diplomats moved to 6-1 with a 24-17 victory against Moravian. F&M was also 6-1 in 2012 but lost three of final four games. QB Zach Bradley (Catasauqua, PA / Catasauqua) completed 16-of-26 passes for 212 yards and a 21-yard TD to Dillon Alderfer (Worcester, PA / Methacton). RB Dave Shellhammer (Ringwood, NJ / Lakeland Regional) and Taalib Gerald (Egg Harbor Twp., NJ / Holy Spirit) combined for 151 yards on 40 carries with two scores. DL Jon Naji (North Wales, PA / La Salle College) led the defense with nine tackles, as the Diplomats limited the 'Hounds to just 268 total yards. DL Joe Granahan (Garnet Valley, PA / Garnet Valley) raised his sack total to 7.5 – 11th in Division III. 

 

 

Gettysburg / @gburgbullets / The Bullets fell to 1-15 against ranked opponents since 1999 with a 54-14 loss at #9/7 Johns Hopkins. QB Justin Davidov (Ossissing, NY / Ossissing) scored his seventh rushing touchdown of the season and tossed a 37-yard scoring pass to Ty Abdul-Karim (Washington, DC / Woodberry Forest, VA). Davidov ran for 84 yards while WR Jordan Kelso (Cookstown, NJ / Bordentown Regional) had 38 receiving yards to become the 12th Bullet to reach 1,000 career yards. LB Jake Skinner (Annapolis, MD / Broadneck) led the defense with 13 tackles.

 

 

Johns Hopkins / @JHU_Football / The Blue Jays set a Centennial record with their 34th straight Conference win as Hopkins topped Gettysburg, 54-14. Hop produced more than 300 yards passing (320) and 200 yards rushing (206) for the eighth time in school history. QB Jon Germano (Hawthorne, NJ / Bergen Catholic) led a 38-point first-half surge as he was 20-of-26 for 242 yards and two scores and also rushed for a TD all before halftime. He needs one touchdown pass to reach 50 for his career and 174 yards to reach 5,000. Dan Johnson (Westminster, MD / Westminster) posted six tackles to reach 150 for his career. He is one of three active JHU players with 150+ stops. Hopkins has picked off at least two passes in five consecutive games. DB Jack Toner (Western Springs, IL / Benet Academy) is tied for second in Division III with six picks.

 

 

Juniata / @JuniataFootball / The Eagles jumped out to an early 10-0 lead but could not hang on as Muhlenberg defeated Juniata, 56-17. PK Kevin Bonalle (Lebanon, PA / Cedar Crest) booted a 37-yard field goal on the opening drive and DB Joel Reighard (Altoona, PA / Altoona) returned an interception 34 yards for a touchdown just 7:39 into the game. Reighard is tied for second in Division III with six picks. WR Kirby Breault (Elizabethtown, PA / Elizabethtown) caught 10 passes for 115 yards, including a 37-yard TD reception from QB Hank Coyne (Royersford, PA / Spring-Ford). Breault is fifth in DIII in all-purpose yards per game (192.43). 

 

 

McDaniel / @McDanielFBall / The Green Terror snapped a seven-game losing streak to Dickinson with a 14-7 victory. It was McDaniel's first win on its Homecoming since 2011. QB Will Koester (Purcellville, VA / Woodgrove) teamed with WR Bamasa Bailor (Carlisle, PA / Carlisle) on a 10-yard scoring pass for an early 7-0 lead. Midway through the final period, Koester found WR Breon Herbert (Silver Spring, MD / Blake) on a 58-yard scoring toss for the margin of victory. LB Matt Quattrone (Carlisle, PA / Carlisle) forced a fumble with 2:31 left and RB John Chamberin (Williamstown, NJ / Williamstown), who led the Terror with 92 yards, ran out the clock with seven carries. LB Drew Scott (Brick, NJ / Brick) had eight tackles and 1.5 sacks. The seven points was the fewest allowed by the Terror since a 35-0 triumph against Susquehanna on Oct. 9, 2010. 

 

 

Moravian / @MoravianFB / The Greyhounds dropped their second straight game as Franklin & Marshall handed Moravian a 24-17 defeat. The 'Hounds were held to a season-low 268 yards and just 93 through the air. QB Kordell Threadford (Easton, PA / Notre Dame) came off the bench and ran for a career-high 108 yards on 10 carries and tossed a seven-yard TD pass to WR Liam Nolan (Ventnor City, NJ / Holy Spirit). Nolan became the ninth player in school history to reach 100 career receptions. LB Ed Delia (Lebanon, NJ / North Hunterdon) had 17 tackles and forced a fumble. He is 11th in DIII with 12.7 stops per game. 

 

 

Muhlenberg / @DigInMules / The Mules spotted Juniata an early 10-0 lead before outscoring the Eagles, 56-7, the remainder of the way in a 56-17 victory. RB Nick Savant (Hellertown, PA / Saucon Valley) set a program record with 277 rushing yards and four touchdowns. He has rushed for 100 or more yards in six straight contests and is ninth nationally with 1,034 yards. Nick Palladino (Millstone Twp., NJ/Allentown) also set a rushing record, setting the program record for yards by a QB (1,363) and now has 101 touchdowns (passing and rushing) in his career. The defense held Juniata to 247 yards – 163 below its season average. LB Mike Luby (Marlborough, CT / RHAM) had 11 tackles, while Kyle Wilczynski (Allendale, NJ / Northern Highlands) forced a fumble with a sack and returned an interception 60 yards for a score. It was the third time that Wilczynski has registered a pick-six in his career.

 

 

Susquehanna / @SURiverHawksFB / The River Hawks could not rally from a 31-3 halftime deficit in a 31-24 loss at Ursinus.  QB Nick Crusco (Oak Ridge, NJ / Don Bosco Prep) ran for two scores and tossed a 31-yard TD pass to WR Chris Beals (Downingtown, PA / East) in the second half. He threw for 309 yards for his fourth career 300-yard effort. Beals snared five passes for 77 yards, while Tommy Bluj (Parsippany, NJ / Parsippany Hills) caught six for 83. P Dylan Jenkins (Glen Mills, PA / Bayard Rustin) averaged 48.2 yards on six punts, including a 73-yarder – the longest in the Conference this season. 

 

 

Ursinus / @UrsinusFootball / The Bears jumped out to a commanding 31-3 halftime advantage and held off Susquehanna for a 31-24 victory on Homecoming. QB Tom Garlick (Quakertown, PA / Quakertown) was the recipient of the Kenneth E. Walker Memorial Trophy, presented to the outstanding UC player in the Homecoming game. He completed 18-of-31 passes for 186 yards and a score, while also rushing for 101 yards and another TD. RB Stacey Gardner (North Hills, PA / Upper Dublin) tallied a pair of rushing touchdowns and gained 54 yards on the day. WR Carmen Fortino (King of Prussia, PA / Upper Merion) caught nine passes for 95 yards, while WR Shawn Hackett (Swarthmore, PA / Ridley) snared a 28-yard scoring pass from Garlick. PK Nick Ford (Edgewater Park, NJ / Burlington City) made a field goal for his sixth straight game. P Hunter Bednarczyk (Bear Creek Twp., PA / Coughlin) set a Conference record with a 78-yard punt.
