Centennial Conference Statement Regarding COVID-19

Centennial Conference Statement Regarding COVID-19

The Centennial Conference is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and its impact on member institution campus operations. The health and safety of our student-athletes and campus communities is our highest priority. With the decision of many Centennial institutions to extend spring break periods, have students return to their homes, and/or shift to online learning environments, the Centennial Conference Presidents Council has unanimously decided to implement the following measures:

As of Monday, March 16, all spring athletics practices and competitions will be suspended until further notice, with the exception of teams competing during their spring break periods. Conference leadership and the Presidents Council will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation and regularly assess the status of future spring athletics events.
