LANCASTER, Pa. - Dickinson senior Justus Melton (Charlotte, N.C./Covenant Day) was named the Centennial Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week, leading the Red Devils to a pair of wins and a 3-1 start to the season.

Melton averaged 19.5 points and 7.5 rebounds while shooting 69.2 percent from the floor in a 2-0 week for the Red Devils. He poured in 25 points on 12-of-16 shooting from the field to go along with seven rebounds in an 89-68 win against Muhlenberg in the conference opener.

He added 14 points, eight rebounds, two blocks and three assists in the 64-54 win at #14 Christopher Newport, snapping the Captains' 26-game home win streak.
