Danny Harcourt, Gettysburg

Gettysburg freshman Danny Harcourt (Fanwood, N.J./Saint Peter's Prep) has been named the Centennial Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, it was announced Tuesday.
 
Harcourt finished in a tie for second in an 87-player field at the Hershey Cup this past Sunday and Monday, shooting a 36-hole score of 153 at the Hershey Country Club East Course. He posted a 79 in an extremely windy first round and followed that with a 74 on the final day. He helped the Bullets finish with a 36-hole score of 647 (334-313), placing in a three-way tie for sixth.
 
For the season, Harcourt ranks second on the team and sixth in the Centennial Conference with an average score of 76.5. He has broken 80 in 10 of his 12 rounds and has broken 75 on five occasions.
