Dane Sethre-Hoftsad, Gettysburg

For the second time this season, Gettysburg freshman Dane Sethre-Hofstad (Moorhead, Minn./Moorhead) was named the Centennial Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, it was announced Tuesday.
 
Sethre-Hofstad won the McDaniel Spring Invitational with an even-par 144 (71-73) this past weekend, leading Gettysburg to the team title - its third in a row to start the spring. He helped the Bullets to a tournament-record of 598 (298-300), as the Orange and Blue shot the two-lowest rounds in tournament history since it moved to its current location in 2008.
 
The medalist in both of his matches this spring, Sethre-Hofstad ranks second in the Centennial Conference in scoring average (73.5) this season. He was also the CC Men's Golfer of the Week back on Sept. 22 after tying the Centennial Conference record with a 67 at the Penn State Harrisburg Invitational.
