Friend improved his own school record in the 200 (22.22) with a second-place finish at the Marc Deneault Memorial Invitational hosted by Cornell on Saturday afternoon.

Johns Hopkins senior Andrew Carey won the 400-meter run at the Susquehanna Indoor Open with a time of 50.78.
Haverford senior David Roza finished second among 29 runners at the 3000m event at the Keogh Invitational on Saturday. His 8:28.47 time beat his previous best mark by eight seconds and was the 17th quickest time in Division III this year.
Dickinson senior Mark Weinhoffer shaved 11 seconds off his time in the 3,000 meters on his way to winning the event at the Susquehanna Crusader Open with a time of 8:50.80.

Marquardt set a personal record at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Saturday by running the mile in 4:07.90. Marquardt's time beat his old personal best by over three seconds and is the best time in the NCAA Division III this year by over three seconds as well. The junior finished 24th out of 308 runners in the event that was filled with Division I runners. The Ford now has two of the top 10 Division III times in the mile. He also has the best 3000m time (8:13.36) in Division III.

Hepner broke the Kline Center and school record on Saturday by winning the 1000 meters with a time of 2:23.17.

Marquardt won the 3000m event at the Tufts Stampede, finishing over 24 seconds ahead of the second place finisher. His 8:13.36 run is the best time among all Division III runners this year by six-tenths of a second and is the eighth fastest time in Division III history. It also set a new conference record, beating the previous one set by Haverford's Christopher Stadler '14 (8:16.63) at the 2014 NCAA Championship.

Roza (8:39.27) had the best time for Haverford in the 3,000m at the Princeton Invitational. He finished fourth out of 30 in a field that featured many Division I runners. The senior's time ranks 13th in all of Division III.

At the Gotham Cup in a 76-person field that had many Division I
runners, Marquardt ran the best mile time with a 4:12.4. The junior
was about a second faster than Vince Perozze of La Salle, the
second place finisher. His time was the fastest time in Division
III this year by almost two full seconds. His 4:12.4 would be the
25th fastest time among all levels of the NCAA.

Ainsley won the 60m hurdles event at the Villanova University Jack Pyrah Invitational with a time of 8.50 seconds. His time broke the previous meet record by eight-tenths of second and he won event by nine-tenths of a second.
