McDaniel sopohomore Alex Panagakos had a busy week. On Wednesday, he won the 800 at McDaniel's own twilight meet with a personal-best time of 1:56.19, ranking fourth in program history. He also cleared 5-10 in the high jump to hit the conference standard. On Friday and Saturday, he ran legs on all four relays (DMR, 4x400, 4x800) that competed at the Penn Relays.

Gettysburg junior Ben Taber was the top Division III finisher in the 1,500-meter run at the Shippensburg University Paul Kaiser Classic, placing second out of some 65 competitors. He took four seconds off his personal record with a time of 3:55.35, which ranks fifth in school history in the event.
