Dickinson's Howard Named Cross Country Runner of the Week

Howard led the Red Devils with a second place finish in the 8k race of the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational, clocking a time of 25:55. The Red Devils won the team title for the 8k and finished second in the combined standings.

Marquardt was the highest non-Division I affiliated runner in the field as he crossed the finish line in 10th place on the four-mile course (19:50). The senior helped the Fords post team victories over Widener, Swarthmore, and Division I Temple.

Simmons ran a remarkable race to claim the individual title at the Little Three Championship. The senior completed the 5,000-meter course in 15:53 to earn his first collegiate victory. The Red Devils captured their 19th consecutive team title while Simmons extraordinary effort extended Dickinson's individual title streak to 16 straight.

Ochstein was the first of 80 participants to cross the finish line at the Mustang Stampede hosted by Stevenson. The senior finished the 8K race in a time of 26:14.31 to help lead the Blue Jays to the team title at the eight-team meet.

Iuliucci came away with his first collegiate victory at the Bryn Mawr Invitational. He won the event with a time of 17:59, the lone runner to go under 18 minutes on the hilly course.
