April 14, 2014 Lauren Dockrill, Sr., Washington College Batted a team-high .476 (10-for-21) with six runs scored and
three doubles in helping WC go 4-2. Led the team in runs,
hits, doubles, on-base percentage (.522) and tied for the team lead
in total bases (13). Had a pair of three-hit games, 3-for-4
with two runs, two RBI and a pair of doubles in a 8-6 win over
visiting Gettysburg in game one on Saturday along with scoring her
100th career run. Went 3-for-4 at Rowan in game two on
Thursday in a 3-2 win. Scored two runs and reached base three
times (two walks and a hit) in game two versus Gettysburg in a 7-0
win. Went 2-for-3 and scored the game winning run in game one
against Catholic on Wednesday in which she recorded her 200th hit
to become the first CC Softball player to reach 200 hits.

April 14, 2014 Caroline Brehm, Jr., McDaniel Went 5-0 in the circle with a 0.64 ERA... Struck out 55 in 33
innings while holding opponents to a .136 batting average... In
addition to a 4-0 weekend in CC play, she also led the Green Terror
to a win over Division I Coppin State on Wednesday... Had
double-digit strikeouts in three games, including 10 in a
five-inning, one-hitter against Gettysburg on Friday and 16 in the
nightcap at Ursinus on Saturday... Recorded a pair of
shutouts. |
