Jowdy averaged 24.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 3.7 steals per game last week as she played all 120 minutes for the Garnet. The senior guard scored 27 points, including four three-pointers, against Haverford and flirted with a triple-double on 24 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists in Saturday's loss to Johns Hopkins.
Lindsey Nichols, McDaniel
Senior, Guard, 5-10
Wilmington, Del. / St. Mark's
Nichols led the Green Terror to a 2-1 week, averaging 24.7 points per game. She recorded a career-best 33 points in a 73-60 win at Gettysburg on Wednesday. The senior hit 10 3-pointers on the week and added 16 rebounds, three assists, and 10 steals.

Gettysburg sophomore F Emily Gibbons (Annapolis, Md.) led the Bullets to a 2-1 record in conference play last week. She averaged 16.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game while shooting 44.2 percent from the floor. She dropped 21 points in a victory over Swarthmore and added 18 in a loss to McDaniel. She closed the week with 10 points in limited minutes against Washington College.
Muhlenberg sophomore G Rachel Plotke (Woodbridge, Conn.) averaged 17.0 points and shot a blistering 63.6 percent from three-point range and 61.1 percent from the field in two wins. She scored all 18 of her points in the first half of a 73-49 win against Ursinus. Plotke added 16 points in a key 58-54 win at McDaniel, including a four-point play in the second quarter to give the Mules their first lead; they would not trail again the rest of the game.
Franklin & Marshall freshman G Lindsey Powers (Jupiter, Fla.) averaged 17.0 points and 7.7 rebounds per game in three contests on the week. On Monday against McDaniel she set a career high with 22 points and earned her first double-double of her career with 12 rebounds. On Wednesday she shot 4-8 from three to notch 13 points, and on Saturday she shot 50 percent from the field on her way to scoring 16 points in addition to seven rebounds.
Dickinson junior G Helen Roberts (Oakton, Va.) led the Red Devils to a pair of wins, extending their mid-season streak to seven straight games. The junior guard averaged 15.5 points per game and 5.5 rebounds, shooting a remarkable 86 percent from beyond the arc, hitting 7-of-8 three-pointers. She went 8-for-9 from the free throw line (89%), adding three assists and a pair of steals.
Haverford sophomore F Samantha Wetzel (Sicklerville, N.J.) averaged a double-double with 12.7 points and 10.7 rebounds per game during a 3-0 week for the Fords. The Fords' sophomore also blocked eight shots, including five denials against rival Swarthmore. Wetzel finished with double figure scoring totals in each of her three games. Her best performance of the week was a 15-point outing against Swarthmore. Wetzel also pulled down a career-best 16 rebounds as part of a double-double (10 points) against Franklin & Marshall.
Johns Hopkins senior F Beatriz Williams (Armonk, N.Y.) helped lead the Blue Jays to a pair of Centennial Conference victories last week. The senior tallied her third double-double of the season in Wednesday's win against Washington College, scoring 13 points and collecting 11 rebounds. She followed it up with a 12-point, six-rebound effort in Saturday's road victory against Swarthmore. She was perfect from the foul line during the week, draining all six attempts to increase her season percentage to 79.7. Williams currently leads the Blue Jays in minutes (29.1 mpg), scoring (10.0 ppg), and rebounding (7.6 rpg).

Vallely averaged 14.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 10.5 assists, and 3.5 steals in a 2-0 week for the Mules. She had 16 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists for her NCAA-record fourth triple-double of the season in a 74-54 win against a Stevens team that received votes in the D3hoops.com poll. Vallely added 13 points, 11 assists, and 5 steals against Swarthmore and shot .619 from the field in the two games.

Nichols led the Green Terror to a 3-0 week that included a 65-59 come-from-behind victory at No. 9 Muhlenberg on Tuesday. She averaged 23.0 points per game on the week, reaching the 20-point mark in all three games. She made 12 3-pointers to go with 24 rebounds, five assists, and 11 steals. She also had a pair of 20-point, 10-rebound performances to give her four career double-doubles.

Broomall, Pa. / The Hun School of Princeton
Brown recorded a pair of double-doubles as F&M defeated Hood and Swarthmore to go 2-0 on the week. On Monday against Hood, Brown scored 14 points and pulled in 15 rebounds as the Dipolomats won 49-34. On Saturday, Brown recorded her fourth double-double of the season and second of the week, tying a game high with 21 points while collecting 12 rebounds, four steals, and three blocks.

Way played the best game of her young career Saturday to help lead Johns Hopkins to a 54-47 victory against a talented RIT squad which came into the contest with a 7-1 record and winners of four straight. The freshman guard led the Blue Jays with career highs in both points (14) and rebounds (8). Additionally, Way nailed four free throws and collected two tough rebounds in the final 30 seconds to clinch the win and help JHU snap a four-game losing skid.

Dorshimer posted season highs for points (27), rebounds (7), and blocked shots (3) in Gettysburg's 72-62 triumph over Shenandoah. Dorshimer finished one three-pointer shy of the school record by going 6-of-10 from beyond the arc and she finished 9-of-17 (52.9 percent) from the field overall. Over her last four games, the first-year guard is averaging 21.3 points per game.

Porada averaged 20.7 points in a 3-0 CC week for the Bears, scoring at least 19 points in each contest. She led Ursinus to its first win over Johns Hopkins since 2011 with 24 points (including the go-ahead and winning baskets) and 14 rebounds, her 25th career double-double. She currently ranks second in the CC in scoring (17.4) and 6th in rebounding (8.3).

Manning averaged 21.0 points and 5.5 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the field as the Mules posted wins against 2015 CC playoff qualifiers Haverford and Gettysburg. Manning was 5-for-7 from three-point range en route to scoring a career-high 25 points in the Gettysburg game. Two of her threes came on consecutive possessions late in the fourth quarter and gave Muhlenberg a double-digit lead after the Bullets had cut it to five.

Polimeni led the Bears to a 67-55 win in their Conference opener against Swarthmore. She scored a career-high 21 points, shooting 40.0 percent from the field and knocking down 8-of-11 free throws. Polimeni also dished out nine assists and grabbed eight rebounds in the win.

Porter picked up MVP honors after averaging 18.5 points and 10 rebounds per game at the Frostburg State Tip-off Tournament. She posted eight points and seven rebounds and connected on the game-winning three-pointer with three seconds left as the Bullets took down 20th-ranked Geneseo State 50-47 in the opening game. In the title game, the senior forward topped her personal high with 29 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead Gettysburg past the host Bobcats 83-53.

Vallely was named MVP of the Scotty Wood Tournament after averaging 15.0 points, 10.5 assists, 9.0 rebounds, and 4.5 steals to lead the Mules to the championship. She recorded her second straight triple-double with 14 points, 12 assists, and 11 rebounds in only 24 minutes against Hood, becoming the first women's basketball player in Centennial Conference history with more than one triple-double. Vallely, who shot 63.2 percent from the field in the two games, scored a career-high 16 points against SUNY Cortland in the championship game.

Vallely made her first career start a memorable one, recording the seventh triple-double in Centennial Conference history with 13 points, 10 rebounds, and a CC-record 15 assists in a 77-74 win at Moravian. Vallely scored or assisted on the Mules' last 12 field goals and had two points, two assists, and a steal in a game-ending 10-3 run.
