LANCASTER, Pa. – May 27, 2015 – New York University has informed the Centennial Conference of its intention to resign its associate membership in the sport of wrestling after the 2015-16 academic year.

A full-time member of the University Athletic Association (UAA) and an associate member of the Centennial in wrestling since the 2011-12 season, New York University and the Conference cited the ongoing date challenges between the UAA and the Centennial Conference championship events in its decision.

College, Muhlenberg (Pa.) College, Stevens Institute of Technology (N.J.), the United States Merchant Marine Academy (N.Y.), Ursinus (Pa.) College, and Washington and Lee (Va.) University.
