Cavanaugh won the 60-meter hurdles while lowering her own school
record in the event. Entering the meet with a record of 8.95,
Cavanaugh sailed to a 8.88-second clocking to beat out 23 other
competitors. In addition, she placed second out of 27 competitors
in the 60-meter dash by crossing the line in 8.08, just 0.05
seconds shy of her school record. Cavanaugh also led off for the
4x200-meter relay team that finished second.

Swarthmore sophomore Lulu Allen-Waller won the 60-meter hurdles and 200-meter dash to lead the Garnet at Haverford's Keogh Invitational. Her time of 9.37 seconds in the hurdles was an ECAC qualifying mark, and she outran 20 other opponents in the 200-meter dash by navigating the track in 27.59.

Allen-Gorman finished third in the 1,000 with a program-record and ECAC-qualifying time to lead McDaniel at the Multi-Mix Madness Meet hosted by Navy. She was the first Division III runner across the line – and second collegiate competitor – with a time of 3:05.96 to not only break the program record by three seconds but also hit the squad's first ECAC qualifier of the indoor season. On Saturday, she finished 10th in the 800 to lead McDaniel at the Susquehanna Invitational. Allen-Gorman turned in a time of 2:25.24 to post her best time of the indoor season.

Loeb won the mile run at the Ramapo College Indoor Select Meet with a time of 4:59.11. It is the second sub-five minute mile Loeb has run so far this season, and comes just a week after she shattered individual, school, and conference records in the 5000-meter run. This is the third consecutive meet Loeb has walked away from with a first-place finish.

Riffenburgh won the 3,000 meter race in a field of 31 runners over two heats at the Tufts Stampede on Saturday. Riffenburgh ran a personal best time of 10:23.92 to beat her closest competitor by nearly 12 seconds. That time makes her the seventh fastest individual in program history in the event. She is currently ranked 32nd in NCAA in event. She also ran the opening leg of the 4x800 meter relay that finished second to Boston College in a time of 9:56.76.

Greifeld recorded the third fastest time in school history in the 1,000 meters with a 12th place finish at the Princeton Tiger Open in a time of 3:07.1. Greifeld also ran the second leg of the Fords' distance medley relay that placed seventh overall on the day behind five teams from Princeton and Williams "A" squad, which is currently ranked first in the NCAA. Haverford's DMR now ranks third overall in Division III and eighth in school history.

Nielsen anchored Swarthmore's distance medley relay team with a
split time of 5:06.8 on the final 1,600-meter leg to help the group
place fourth behind three Division I teams representing Connecticut
and Buffalo at the Gotham Cup over the weekend. The Garnet's time
of 12:32.86 was a national-best mark among Division III
institutions through Friday's action around the country.

Schmidt started off her season in strong form, participating in both the Bow-Tie Classic hosted by Ursinus and the New Year's Invitational hosted by Princeton. In her first race of the season, the 500 meter dash, Schmidt shattered a 16 year old record by 1.49 seconds by posting a time of 1:27.31 to take third place in the event. On the very next day, the senior posted a time of 3:10.69 in the 1000 meter run. Her time was a new personal best and placed her in the top five in the event in program history.
