- Wuerstle is the first repeat Centennial Player of the Year since Haverford's Rebecca Salvo (2008-09) and just third overall. She is the fifth Johns Hopkins' honoree, following in the footsteps of Mary Alexis Paul (2000), Katie O'Callaghan (2005) and Jasmine Warmington (2012).
- Wuerstle and Girard are the 13th and 14th players in Conference history to earn first-team All-Centennial honors three times.
- Wuerstle, Girard, Tornetta and Wong are repeaters from the 2016 first team.
- Aston is the third Johns Hopkins player to receive Rookie of the Year honors. She is the 14th freshman in Conference history to earn first-team All-Centennial honors.
- Cole was honored as Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year.
- Franklin & Marshall and Gettysburg have 32 first-team selections since 1993, while Johns Hopkins has 27 selections to the first unit. Haverford is next with 26 followed by Swarthmore (15), Muhlenberg (14), McDaniel (10), Dickinson (4), Bryn Mawr (3), and Washington College (1).
