Loeb pulled away from the pack in the final minute to claim victory in the Salisbury Fall Classic with a time of 21:06.43.  The No. 1 ranked Hopkins women's cross country team started their season with a weekend sweep at the Baltimore Metro Invitational and the Salisbury Fall Classic, where they finished with a perfect score of 15 points. The Blue Jays claimed the top nine spots overall at the Salisbury Fall Classic, and 11 of the first 15.

McDaniel senior Avalon McOmber finished 13th overall to lead McDaniel to a second-place finish at the annual Baltimore Metro Meet. She ran McDaniel's 12th-best time all-time on the 5,000-meter Oregon Ridge course, finishing in a time of 20:53.08 – nearly three minutes faster than her time on the same course a year ago.

At the Bryn Mawr Invitational on Friday evening, Liz Tawa completed the 5,000-meter course in 20:35.34 to finish third overall and first among Centennial Conference. She shattered her previous 5k time on the course by more than two minutes.

Dickinson senior Sarah Rutkowski ran to second, breaking up a perfect score for Division I Connecticut at the Albright Lights Out Invitational on Friday night. She crossed the line in 13:43 to lead the #12-ranked Red Devils to second place in the team standings.

In her first collegiate individual victory, Haverford senior Charlotte Lellman won the Haverford College Open in a time of 18:58 on the 3.0 mile modified course.

Bryn Mawr freshman Kate Edwards impressed in her first collegiate cross country event. She posted a strong time of 20:42.85 to finish eighth out of 64 total runners that competed.

At the Lehigh Invitational, Ursinus senior Emily Lamb was the top finisher for the Bears with a time of 24:15.56.
