Racing against mostly Division I runners, Meehan finished in second place Saturday at the Iona Meet of Champions at Van Courtlandt Park in New York City. The senior crossed the finish line in 22:25.6, roughly 10 seconds after Shaelyn Sorensen of Wisconsin. Meehan helped the Blue Jays finish second overall as a team, edging out a Princeton squad that is currently ranked in Division I.

Meehan finished in first place at the 6,000 meter Mustang Stampede on Saturday. The senior crossed the finish line in 22:11.16, more than 25 seconds ahead of the next competitor. In doing so, Meehan helped lead the Blue Jays to the team title at the 11-team event hosted by Stevenson.

Asaro opened the 2015 campaign with a pair of outstanding races under the lights. The junior won her first meet of the year, cruising to a 5K time of 19:16 to beat out 105 runners at the Dickinson Light up the Night Invitational. She followed up by placing third among 115 harriers while crossing the line as the top Division III finisher at the Shippensburg Galen Piper Challenge. She was timed at 15:08 for the 4,000-meter course.
