Both Muhlenberg golf teams showed improvement from the first day to the second at the Revolutionary Collegiate Classic, hosted by Ursinus.

The women made a big jump after shooting a 388 in the first round, knocking 27 strokes off their score to finish at 361 on the second day. The Mules finished seventh with a 36-hole total of 749, the fourth-best for a two-day tournament in program history.

Senior Aine Filler shot an 83 both days, finishing sixth with a 166, one short of her career low for a two-round tournament. Junior Anisha Reddy (pictured above) had the best improvement of any golfer in the tournament, going from a 116 in the first round to a 95 in the second.

Filler shot five birdies in the tournament, while junior Kat Hodges and freshman Emma Mueller recorded one apiece.

The men shot 343 in the first round and 338 in the second to finished ninth out of 13 teams, just seven strokes out of seventh place. Sophomore Spencer Weiner led Muhlenberg with a total score of 164. He and freshman Joel Hark shot three birdies each.
