ST. DAVIDS, PA – The Cabrini women's golf team made its Spring 2022 debut today, scoring a second place finish at the Eastern University Spring Invitational. The Cavaliers posted a team score of 444 on the par 70 circuit at St. Davids Country Club.
Freshman
Ashley Ea picked up where she finished the fall, scoring a sixth place finish with a round of 94 on the 5,838 yard course. Senior
Kelly Cahill joined Ea in the top 10, as her 103 was good for 10th place.
Fellow senior
Marisa Linsky's 117 was good for 12th, while freshman
Kylie Ennis shot 130 to finish 15th.
Ammala Moua from Div. II Jefferson topped the individual leader board with a round of 82, one stroke better than Eastern's Marin Dremock.
Ursinus scored a team score of 421 to win the team title.
The Cavaliers will return to action on April 10, when they compete in the York Invitational. The 36-hole tournament will kick off at 12pm at Regents Glen country Club in York, PA.
