Quotable from Head Coach Jeff Pukszyn

  • "I think we gained momentum as the game went on. Defensively, we had a bunch of three-and-outs early in the contest, so we were able to get the ball back to our offense. That helped us since the more possessions we had, the offense began to click."
  • "We had a collective effort today. Our offensive line was phenomenal because we know Juniata was going to give us as many different looks as we've seen this year. They did a great job handling it and opening up some holes for our running game. Nate did an outstanding job carrying the ball today, and he is so durable because of his offseason workouts. The wide receivers also played well, not only catching the ball but blocking downfield as well. We played as a complete unit instead of as individuals."
  • "Defensively, we got a lot of stops to get off the field, and I couldn't be prouder of the team effort from all aspects of the team today."
  • "Carter and Tim really read the coverage they were getting today, and Tim made a couple of really big catches when he knew he was going to take a big hit after the catch. Carter also did a good job of putting some balls where Tim could catch them and the Juniata defender couldn't get to the pass. They looked great today as a combination."
