The Muhlenberg women's basketball team forced 32 turnovers and held Bryn Mawr to 19.6-percent shooting in breezing to its fifth straight win to start the season, 87-27.
The Mules are 5-0 for the third time in the last four years and have held each of their first five opponents under 50 points - the first time they've done that since 1975.
Muhlenberg entered the game eighth in Division III in scoring defense among teams that had played more than one game and lowered their average from 43.5 to 40.2. The 27 points were the fewest allowed by the Mules in a Centennial Conference game since 2001.
All 21 players on the roster saw action, none for more than 15 minutes, with 17 scoring points.
