Coach Van Allen's Thoughts
• "We really emphasized pack running today and sat conservatively through the first mile with our top guys packed up 10 deep."
• "During the second mile, we moved up on the lead pack and over the last mile we dropped over 100 points for our team finish."
• "This can be such an amazing year for us if we continue to put in the work as we have to take what we have and really develop over these next three months to get to our big team goals."
