Match Summary: Gettysburg entered the final round in second place, but Stevenson shaved off 20 strokes from its opening total to race to the lead and host York slipped just in front of the Bullets with a six-stroke improvement on Sunday. Gettysburg finished second overall in scoring at 10-over on the par-3s, finishing behind York (+5), while also placing third at even par on the par-5s.
After tying for the team lead on day one, Ropiak finished on stroke off his collegiate debut with a 76. The first-year put up four birdies in the final round, including a pair on par-5s, and finished with five birdies overall in the tournament.
Harcourt picked up his fifth career top-10 showing by finishing two strokes off his personal low set yesterday. The junior logged birdies to cap both the front and back nines and tallied four birdies overall. Rieger parred 10 of his first 13 holes before double-bogeys on 14 and 16. He ended his tournament on a high note with a birdie on the 18th. Both Moffat and Greene shaved two strokes off their season-opening rounds, while Murphy narrowly missed a top-25 finish competing as an individual.
