GENESEO, N.Y. - The Dickinson men's cross country team returned to action on Saturday at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo at the National Warplane Museum.
Teddy Mercer continued his strong season with a 21st-place finish in the 365-runner field with a time of 25:36.6. He was followed two seconds later by
Alexander Kane at 25:38.3.
Brock Overlander landed just outside the Top-30 in 32nd with a mark of 25:57.5.
Romario Cruz hit the line in 26:16.9 for 53rd, while
Matthew Dietrick posted a 26:30.2 good for 66th.
Charlie Miske (69th - 26:31.8),
James Marks (72nd - 26:33.6),
Michael Loalbo (77th - 26:36.9), and Nolan Meinke (85th - 26:44.0) all stayed inside the Top-100.Â
Benjamin Moseman (27:06.6),
William Tripp (27:40.8),
Trevor Richwine (28:02.1),
Matthew Gareau (28:30.7),
Coltin Albitz (28:50.3),
Ethan Katz (29:04.0),
James Masterson (29:07.6),
Max Collins (29:37.4),
Evan Feldman (31:04.0), and
Matthew Foote (31:58.4) also competed in the event.
Case Western University took home the team title with 62 points, followed in the Top-10 by Geneseo (68), Middlebury (95), Washington and Lee (154), Franklin Pierce (167), Brockport (178), Dickinson (187), Geneseo Alumni (212), Berry (253), and Rowan (264). Wondu Summa on Franklin Pierece won the individual title with a time of 24:40.7.Â
