Dylan McKeever (Furlong, Pa./Central Bucks East) helped the Bullets place third against some regionally ranked teams on Friday night at the Light up the Night Invitational, hosted by Dickinson College.

The Finish Line
- Sheldon and McKeever blazed through the 5K course in 16:04.6 and 16:13.4, respectively, out of 89 runners to lead the Bullets. Sheldon finished 14 seconds away from the top finisher, which was Bryce Descavish from Dickinson (15:50.3).
- Freshman Connor Elliott (Media, Pa./Salesianum) displayed a strong finish in his first career race, taking 18th (17:00.6).
- Senior Aren Heitmann (Fairfield, Conn./Fairfield Ludlowe) placed right behind Elliott in 19th, crossing the finish line in 17:05.3.
- Completing the team score was freshman Joseph Potz (Crestline, Calif./Rim of the World), who took 25th in a time of 17:24.1.
- Finishing as displacers were sophomore Charles Norelli (Allentown, Pa./Emmaus) and Jack Kenyon (Centerport, N.Y./Harborfields), who placed 31st and 32nd, respectively.
Racing against Strong Competition
In the NCAA Division III Cross Country Regional Preseason Rankings, Elizabethtown is ranked fourth, Dickinson is fifth, and Messiah is seventh in the mideast region. The Red Devils placed third in last season's Centennial Conference Championship.
