The Muhlenberg women's basketball struggled to make shots and fell at McDaniel, 52-44.

The Mules (9-3, 5-2) missed their first 17 three-point attempts until sophomore Ny Thomas connected three minutes into the third quarter. They only trailed by four at that point, however, due to a strong defensive effort that was holding the Green Terror (9-4, 4-4) to 30.3-percent shooting.

Muhlenberg got to within one on another three, by junior Ashley Polera, with 2:01 left in the quarter, but McDaniel scored the final eight points of the period and held off the Mules in the fourth quarter.

Senior Carley Hamilton (pictured above) recorded her third double-double of the season with 10 points and a game-high 11 rebounds. Freshman Margaux Eripret tied the career high she set in her last game by scoring 11 points.
