The reprieve for Salerno was short-lived as Martin posted another takedown and tacked on the riding-time point for an 11-1 win. Martin improved to 20-5 this season.
- Freshman Bobby Crofford (Morristown, N.J./Seton Hall Prep) and senior Eric Chambers (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin East) each won exhibition matches at the end of the event.
