ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. - The Dickinson women's golf team kicked off the spring portion of their 2022-23 schedule on Sunday afternoon with the McDaniel Spring Invitational at The Bridges Golf Course hosted by McDaniel College.
First-year
Marin Moore was the low Devil on the day firing a 96 on the 5604-yard par 72 course to take 12th.
Mia Henry completed the round four strokes in back of her teammate with a 103, while
Olivia Chae posted a 107 to finish in a tie for 17th with Paige Landers of St. John Fisher.
Natalie Kurzawa was the final DC athlete in the event carding a 114.
Casey Oppenheimer from Stevenson University won the tournament with a seven-over 79. On the team leaderboard Gettysburg College took the title by combining for a 360 (+72), followed by St. John Fisher (367), Dickinson (423) and McDaniel (429). Stevenson only had three golfers, so they did not factor into the team results.

Dickinson returns to action next Saturday (4/1) when they head to Stevens, Pennsylvania and Fox Chase Golf Club for a Centennial Conference tri-match with Franklin & Marshall and McDaniel. Tee time is slated for 11 am.
