The Muhlenberg golf teams opened up their spring season at the Revolutionary Collegiate Classic in Rising Sun, Md., with the men coming in second and the women third.
The men finished four strokes behind Arcadia in the two-day tournament. Senior
Ben Lieberman (pictured above left)Â placed second with a 36-hole total of 154, one stroke off the lead. He was the only golfer to break 80 in the first round, carding a 75.

Ellis Focht came in fourth, and freshman
Joel Hark logged the best finish of his career by tying for sixth.
The women were second out of the four Division III schools in the tournament, outshooting Arcadia and Ursinus by a wide margin. Junior
Kat Hodges (pictured above right) set a personal best for a two-round tournament by shooting 168 to tie for third. Her previous low was 176 at the 2017 Centennial Conference Championships.
Senior
Aine Filler tied for ninth, placing in the top 10 for the fourth time in as many tournaments this year, while freshman
Emma Mueller shot a career-low 89 in the second round.
