SATURDAY EVENING RECAP

Mia Yancey (Wallingford, Pa./Strath Haven) re-broke her third record of the invitational only two weeks after setting it. Yancey swam to a second-place finish in the 100 freestyle, clocking in at 51.63. Her record from the F&M Invitational was a 51.93. With her swim, Yancey is now only eight hundredths of a second away from recording an NCAA Division III B-Cut time. The previous record holder before Yancey was Kate Crilly, who swam a 51.99 in 2020.
Ava Collin (Berwyn, Pa./Conestoga) came in just behind Yancey, in third place with a time of 52.35.
Mia Morreale (Short Hills, N.J./Millburn) placed fifth (53.44), and
Valerie Lawton (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) was ninth (54.16).
Olivia Evans (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.) notched an 11th place finish with a swim of 54.96, and
Regan Tait (Boyds, Md./Northwest) followed right behind in 12th place at 55.10.
Bramley Hawkins (Camp Hill, Pa./Camp Hill) took the 13th place spot (55.35).
• The 400 Freestyle Relay A-Team, of Yancey,
Mia Morreale (Short Hills, N.J/Millburn),
Valerie Lawton (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury), and Collin broke the program record in the event, with a swim of 3:29.73. The previous record was set by the team of Yancey, Wojnar, Kosko, and Collin this year (3:30.84). The team's swim was only 13 hundredths of a second away from an NCAA Division III B-Cut time. The B-Team, of
Lindsay Blake (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East), Evans, Tait, and
Natalie Wisniewski (Summit, N.J./Summit) was fifth overall, clocking in at 3:38.49.

Lindsay Blake (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) swam a 2:05.92 to claim second place in the 200 backstroke. Her swim was only four tenths slower than the first-place finisher. With the swim, she moves up the top-10 Bullets women performers list in the event, from fourth-fastest to second-fastest. Wisniewski rounded out the top 10 in the event, swimming a time of 2:12.17.

Olivia Pyott (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Twp.) swam to second place in the 200 breaststroke, touching at 2:23.77.
Sarah McAndrew (Cheshire, Conn./Choate Rosemary Hall) was 11th overall, at 2:32.59.
• In the 1650 freestyle,
Emma Anderson (Manhasset, N.Y./Manhasset) notched a third-place finish with a time of 17:55.29.
Morgan Krepp (Dallas, Texas/Ursuline Academy of Dallas) finished in fifth, at 18:11.35.
Lauren Manning (West Hartford, Conn./Conard) took ninth place, with a swim of 18:26.64, and
Hillary Roth (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) was eleventh with a time of 19:28.23.
• In the 200 butterfly,
Maggie Sedlak (Darien, Conn./Darien) went a 2:10.98 for fifth place.
Elissa Clancy (Ridgefield, Conn./Ridgefield) was less than a second behind, in sixth place with a 2:11.97.
Annabel Gorman (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) took seventh place (2:12.85), and Roth was 13th (2:18.64).

Mia Yancey (Wallingford, Pa./Strath Haven) continued her record-breaking pattern, again defeating her own 200 freestyle record that she set two weeks ago. Yancey slashed her previous time of 1:53.00, going a 1:51.95. She finished second overall in the event, and registered an NCAA B-Cut with her time. The previous record-holder before Yancey was Lynne Cassidy (1:53.67), a two-time NCAA Division III champion. Her 200 freestyle record stood for over 20 years.
Ava Collin (Berwyn, Pa./Conestoga) placed fifth overall (1:57.68), and
Regan Tait (Boyds, Md./Northwest) was seventh (1:59.37).

Emma Anderson (Manhasset, N.Y./Manhasset) swam to a second-place overall finish in the 400 IM, with a time of 4:36.12. With the swim, she improves on her time from the F&M invite by almost three seconds, moving up from seventh to sixth-fastest performer in program history in the event.
Annabel Gorman (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) was eighth overall, with a swim of 4:47.09.
Lauren Manning (West Hartford, Conn./Conard) finished in 12th place overall, clocking in at 4:54.13.
• The 200 Medley Relay A-Team, of
Natalie Wisniewski (Summit, N.J./Summit),
Olivia Pyott (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Twp.),
Bramley Hawkins (Camp Hill, Pa./Camp Hill), and Yancey took second place overall, with a time of 1:47.07. The A-Team becomes the sixth-fastest performing team in event in program history with the swim. The B-Team, consisting of
Lindsay Blake (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East),
Sarah McAndrew (Cheshire, Conn./Choate Rosemary Hall),
Elissa Clancy (Ridgefield, Conn./Ridgefield), and
Olivia Evans (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.) was fourth overall, at 1:48.43.
• Blake and Wisniewski went two-three in the 100 backstroke, swimming a 59.06 and 59.54, respectively.
Mia Morreale (Short Hills, N.J./Millburn) was fifth, with a time of 59.66.
Olivia Evans took 14th place overall, at 1:02.66.
• Clancy was fifth overall in the 100 butterfly, marking a 58.22 finish.
Morgan Krepp (Dallas, Texas/Ursuline Academy of Dallas) took eighth place, touching the wall at 58.82. Hawkins was 11th overall (1:00.05), and
Hillary Roth (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) took 13th place, with at time of 1:00.13.
• Pyott finished sixth overall in the 100 breaststroke, with a time of 1:07.18. McAndrew was right behind in seventh place (1:07.70), while Clancy took ninth overall (1:08.43).
• The 800 Freestyle Relay B-Team, of Manning, Anderson, Morreale, and Hawkins, was fifth place overall, with a time of 8:06.19.
FRIDAY RECAP

Mia Yancey (Wallingford, Pa./Strath Haven) undercut her own 200 IM record of 2:08.63, which she set at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational only two weeks ago. Tonight, she posted a huge 2:06.48, beating her own record by over two seconds. The record-holder before Yancey was All-American Liz Janelle, who posted a time of 2:09.14. Her record stood for over 20 years. Yancey's time was also only about two tenths away from the NCAA B-Cut time in the event (2:06.23) and the Bullets Pool record (2:06.21, set by Anna Corley of Mary Washington in 2015).

Annabel Gorman (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) was ninth overall in the 200 IM, clocking in at 2:14.27. Teammate
Maggie Sedlak (Darien, Conn./Darien) was right behind, finishing tenth overall at 2:15.15.
Olivia Pyott (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Twp.) rounded out the top 15, notching a 2:16.93.
• The 200 Freestyle Relay A-Team, of
Ava Collin (Berwyn, Pa./Conestoga),
Valerie Lawton (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury),
Natalie Wisniewski (Summit, N.J./Summit), and Yancey took first overall, with a time of 1:35.62. With the swim, the team becomes the second-fastest performers in program history in the event.
• The B-Team, made up of
Mia Morreale (Short Hills, N.J/Millburn),
Regan Tait (Boyds, Md./Northwest),
Olivia Evans (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.), and
Bramley Hawkins (Camp Hill, Pa./Camp Hill) was third place overall, clocking in at 1:37.58.

Gabby Lombardi (Manassas, Va./Singapore American School),
Hillary Roth (Allentown, Pa./Parkland),
Gracie Meisner (Wellesley, Mass./Wellesley), and
Emily Burke (King of Prussia, Pa./Upper Merion) made up the C-Team, touching the wall at 1:43.48 and finishing 12th overall.
• Collin led Gettysburg to a one-two-three finish in the 50 freestyle, clocking in at 24.33. Morreale was second, at 24.43, while Lawton was only two hundredths behind in third (24.45). Evans took fifth, at 24.67, and
Maya Lily Knoller (Bernardsville, N.J./Newark Academy) was sixth, with a 24.72. Wisniewski rounded out the top ten with a 24.87, and Tait took eleventh place with a time of 24.94. Placing 13th was Hawkins, with a swim of 25.04.
• In the 500 freestyle,
Emma Anderson (Manhasset, N.Y./Manhasset) touched the wall in third place overall, registering a time of 5:11.37. With the swim, she becomes the ninth-fastest performer in the event in program history.
Morgan Krepp (Dallas, Texas/Ursuline Academy of Dallas) clocked in at 5:16.67 for a seventh-place overall finish.
Lindsay Blake (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) was tenth overall at 5:17.89.
Lauren Manning (West Hartford, Conn./Conard) was 15th overall, touching at 5:19.27.
• The 400 Medley Relay A-Team of Morreale, Pyott, Hawkins, and Collin took second overall, with a time of 3:55.19. The B-Team, of Wisniewski,
Sarah McAndrew (Cheshire, Conn./Choate Rosemary Hall), Gorman, and Lawton was fourth overall, with a swim of 3:58.58.

Gettysburg will resume competition in 2023, as they travel to Florida to compete against Scranton on January 8th.
