CHESTERTOWN, Md.—No. 21 Swarthmore College Women's Swimming cruised to a 135-105 win on the road at Washington College. The Garnet remain undefeated in dual meets this season with a 5-0 record.
The Garnet finished in first place in 13 of the 14 events and went one-two-three in six separate events.
Swarthmore led off with a win in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:51.80. Hannah Kloetzer won the 500 free with a 5:20.89 time. Ella Yadav followed with a 2:02.57 to win the 200 free.
Stephanie Tilneac won the 100 back (1:03.14) as Swarthmore had the top six times in that event. Freshman Annabella Boardman took first in the 100 breast (1:08.96). Classmate Alyssa Berman's 2:22.01 in the 200 fly gave her first place in the event.
Saya Vaules darted to first in the 50 free in 25 seconds flat. She also won the 100 free with a time of 54.81.
Freshman Alex Comaniciu took the 200 back with a time of 2:17.85.
Sophia Lee's 2:32.43 was tops in the 200 breast.
Alyssa Berman finished first in the 100 fly with a time of 1:02.41.
In the 100 IM, freshman Gaby Ma clocked a new school record time of 1:01.14.
The Garnet closed out the meet with a win in the 200 free relay.
Swarthmore is back in action with an invitational at The College of New Jersey on December 6.
