Muhlenberg senior Abby Dalton won the 3000 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Championships.

Dalton finished in 10:10.68 to easily win by 5½ seconds. Her time ranks in the top 50 in Division III this season and is third-fastest in program history. Dalton's previous personal best was 10:16.64.

The Mules sent three other competitors to the meet. Junior John Panny placed eighth in the long jump, while senior Ben Arehart and sophomore Dylan DeMagistris competed in the high jump and weight throw, respectively.
