The Muhlenberg men's soccer team could not capitalize on its scoring opportunities and fell at Gettysburg, 2-0.

The Mules (3-5-2, 0-3-1) came out strong, taking three shots in the first seven minutes, but the Bullets (6-3-1, 4-1) scored on their first shot at the 8:37 mark. Muhlenberg played from behind the rest of the way.

Gettysburg, which is alone in first place in the Centennial Conference and ranked ninth in the Mid-Atlantic Region, struck early in the second half also, doubling its lead. Muhlenberg finished with a 19-11 advantage in shots, including a penalty kick that was saved.
