• The Short Story: The No. 4 Johns Hopkins women's soccer team wrapped up its second straight undefeated Centennial Conference season with a 5-0 victory over Franklin & Marshall on the road on Saturday afternoon.
How it Happened

Michelle Santangelo opened the scoring for the Blue Jays as she took the
Rachel Jackson pass from the right side of the box and put the shot into the back of the net for her 11
th goal of the season at 22:59. Just a few minutes later,
Maddy Rocks collected the ball off a rebound and put the shot past Diplomats keeper from 10 yards out to make the score 2-0 at 27:58.

Rachel Jackson made the score 3-0 as she took the
Emily Maheras pass off a rebound off the keeper's hands and put the shot into the net at 29:40. Jackson and Maheras connected once again at 41:12 as Maheras sent a cross to the top of the box to Jackson who scored her 10
th goal of the season and gave Hopkins a 4-0 lead.
• The JHU defense held the Diplomats to just one shot in the half as the Blue Jays controlled the opening half.

Arianna Konstantopoulos wrapped up the scoring for Hopkins as she took a pass from
Alexandra Damron and put the shot into the back of the net at 84:42 as JHU claimed the 5-0 win.
What it Means
• JHU finishes undefeated in conference play for the second straight season and the fifth time overall.
• The 14-game winning streak is the longest winning streak since 2011 when the team set the program record for consecutive wins with 21.
• The Blue Jays are now 24-3-2 all-time against the Diplomats and are unbeaten in the last 23 meetings. JHU has held F&M scoreless in the last five meetings.

Robyn Lipschultz earned the win in net and improves to 11-1 on the year.
• With her two goals and an assist, Jackson now leads the conference with 25 points. Her 10 goals rank third in the league.
• Santangelo now has 11 goals this season which is second in the Centennial and her 24 points are second in the conference.
