• A Diplomat service error tied the match; however, the home team scored the next three points to go up 17-14 as Franklin & Marshall went on to win the set 25-20.

SET 2
• A 4-0 run allowed Hopkins to double up the Diplomats as the Blue Jays pulled out to a 12-6 lead in the second set.
• F&M got to within four on a JHU attacking error but two straight points from Johns Hopkins made the score 16-10.
• Hopkins held control of the set and didn't allow F&M to get much closer as the Blue Jays won the set 25-18.

SET 3
The Diplomats raced out to a 6-1 lead in the set but an 8-4 run by the Blue Jays made it a one-point set at 10-9.
• A 6-1 run later in the frame put Franklin & Marshall up 19-13 but five-straight Blue Jay points made it a one-point set.
Louisa Kishton tied the match at 20 with a kill but F&M scored four of the next five points to get to set point. A service error and back-to-back kills from Abt tied up the set at 24, but F&M scored the next two points to win the set 26-24.
